These Terms apply to browsing, enquiries, accommodation reservations, online purchases and all other website functions. The Accommodation Agreement and Guest Policies also apply to stays, and the Online Shop Terms apply to purchases.

Users must comply with Japanese law, these Terms, public order and notices displayed on the website. A minor making a reservation or purchase must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. To the extent permitted by law, the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered location shall have exclusive jurisdiction at first instance.
